Kiril Bougartchev and Emmanuel Moyne, partners, have reviewed the new measures of the reform for confidence in the judiciary adopted on 22 December 2021 for D\u00e9cideurs Juridiques, in their article published on 11 March 2022. The new provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure came into force, for the most part, on 1 March 2022.<\/p>\n
