(…), confidence in the institution is decreasing as a result of judicial experiences, particularly in family or criminal matters. (…) Justice, like our society, is sick. Unfortunately, there is no vaccine against the evils of our time. Will the Estates General on Justice, which are currently being held, allow for the collective emergence of effective remedies? A few months before the presidential election, I doubt it.”
