A rich debate on the current criminal policy in terms of criminal liability of legal entities, priorities of public prosecutors, the means of magistrates to carry out their mission, criminal liability of managers, new points of attention of companies and the means to protect themselves against the criminal risk, in particular through a support of the legal department, as well as the contributions of the law for the confidence in the judicial institution or the reform of the blocking law.
