In accordance with article 32 of the law n°78-17 dated 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and freedoms, Bougartchev Moyne Associés AARPI, as the person responsible for processing of data, hereby notifies each User that it processes data of a personal nature concerning it.

Bougartchev Moyne Associés AARPI undertakes to respect the confidential nature of the personal information supplied by Users. The purpose of this notice is to specify the type of information that may be gathered when visiting the Website.

Gathering of personal data

In accordance with the law n°78-17 dated 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and freedoms, Users have the right to access and correct data pertaining to them. More specifically, Users have the right, subject to confirming their identity, to request Bougartchev Moyne Associés AARPI for:

Personal data relating to members of Bougartchev Moyne Associés AARPI
