Founded in 1818, this highly prestigious institution elects twelve young lawyers each year, following a competitive eloquence contest. For one year, these twelve Secretaries are responsible for the criminal defence of the most disadvantaged, while representing the young Parisian bar.
As 7th Secretary of the 2024 promotion, Marie-Alix will be responsible both for the Conference’s relations with French-speaking Bars and for organizing the Mario Stasi’s Price, an international eloquence competition designed to pay tribute to “the defence of the defence” and to lawyers in danger. She follows Emmanuel Moyne, 7th Secretary of the 2000 promotion 🎖️
When she was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021, Marie-Alix joined the law firm Bougartchev Moyne Associés where she works mainly on criminal business law cases. Since 2022, she has also been on the list of commissioned lawyers.
